



Jim Durbin, with 19 years experience in nonprofit fundraising and administration, serves as executive director of the Oklahoma Health Care Workforce Center.
Prior to joining the OHCWC, Jim served as executive director of the INTEGRIS Rural Health Foundation where he oversaw fundraising at nine rural hospitals across Oklahoma. Accomplishments included overseeing two successful capital campaigns – one for $5 million to help construct a new hospital in Grove, OK and another for $1 million to help build a new emergency room in Blackwell, OK.
Before taking his position at INTEGRIS, Jim served as the advancement director of Mount St. Mary Catholic High School in Oklahoma City where he was responsible for all aspects of fundraising, marketing, and constituent relations. During his four years at the school he was responsible for raising $6 million for the school’s endowment, increasing enrollment by 30 percent, and rejuvenating alumni interest in, and support of, the school.
Jim’s other experience includes two years as a grant writer for Feed The Children and 10 years at World Neighbors where he served in various capacities. As senior grants associate at World Neighbors, Jim doubled annual foundation support to the organization from $1 million to $2 million. Since 2003, Jim has also been an adjunct consultant for the Oklahoma CENTER for Nonprofits.
Jim has a B.A. in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis and a M.A. in Geography from the University of Oklahoma. He is married and the father of two daughters and a son.
